Outdated and miscommunication

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Oakwood Estates. Unfortunately, my expectations have not been met in several key areas.
The apartment's condition was outdated, contrasting sharply with the contemporary, well-maintained impression I had from your promotional materials. It seems an extensive renovation is due to bring the space up to modern living standards.
The persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke in the apartment was another issue. Despite repeated ...
attempts to ventilate and clean the area, the odor has remained and significantly impacted the overall living environment.
Moreover, the thin walls in the apartment have significantly compromised my privacy and tranquility. The constant exposure to noise from neighboring units has proven disruptive, falling far short of the peaceful living experience I had envisioned.
Lastly, the level of communication with the office staff has been far from satisfactory. Recurring miscommunication and a lack of clarity have led to confusion and added stress.
Considering these issues, I find it challenging to recommend Oakwood Estates as a comfortable or enjoyable living option.
