Managed by One Man, Does a Great Job
July 21, 2015These apartments are in a town home style, and managed by a man who calls himself "Crazy Doug". He is a kind man, and he makes sure to answer all of your questions. The company that employs the managers tries to update these apartments as much as possible. For a multi story town home, the rent here is reasonable. They have the option of one, two, or three bedrooms. They also offer free internet and cable, as well as grilling amenities and playgrounds on site. You only have to pay electricity and ...gas for heat. Usual utilities run about a total of $150. The parking is pretty spacious, I haven't had any issues with coming home and not having a parking space close to my door.
