I've been living at Oakwood Townhomes for the last 6 years and wouldn't consider moving. I have everything I need close to me here and plenty of room to spread out in my apartment. With three floors (main, upstairs, and basement), there is so much more room here than I would have at double the price in a single family home, so I am very happy where I am. My neighbors are great as well.

Great place to live especially with a child! Love having more outdoor space and a park on site. Having a basement has also been amazing for us! Maintenance has always been quick and easy and easy to get in contact with when needed!

These apartments are in a town home style, and managed by a man who calls himself "Crazy Doug". He is a kind man, and he makes sure to answer all of your questions. The company that employs the managers tries to update these apartments as much as possible. For a multi story town home, the rent here is reasonable. They have the option of one, two, or three bedrooms. They also offer free internet and cable, as well as grilling amenities and playgrounds on site. You only have to pay electricity and ...
gas for heat. Usual utilities run about a total of $150. The parking is pretty spacious, I haven't had any issues with coming home and not having a parking space close to my door. Overall I would say that you are definitely getting a great price for the quality of living here.
