Very Comfortable Complex

I lived at the Oasis Apartments from August 2019 to January 2024. Overall I was extremely happy with the apartment complex. The apartments were built in the 1970's so are not pristine, but are very comfortable. I had mold in my apartment because of several broken pipes, and it took longer than I would have liked to remedy the situation, but they did get it done to a very satisfactory level. Otherwise, if I ever had any issues, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. The complex is one ...
block from the strip, so you hear sirens, but never had any issues at the complex. There is a helicopter tour site close, and multiple helicopters fly over several times a day, but after a couple days I never even noticed them. I would highly recommend the Oasis Apartments. The only reason I moved is because I moved out of state.

I have lived at the Oasis Apt. for almost a year. When I have a minute issue, I reach out to the property manager Jessi, and it is taken care of. I have but one concern, and I would have much rather had a different platform to talk to the owners outside of this blog. But there isn't, so here it is. We have a beautiful pool, some work needed to be done. This should have been done during off peak hours. Now, that it is triple digit temperatures, our pool is closed for repairs and has been for a ...
while now. It is unfair that we pay for the amenity, yet have the access to it. I would like to relax on my days off, by the pool. Outside of this issue, if you are looking for a great place to live, it is here.
