May 10, 2024My family and I moved here to be closer to downtown where I work. The apartments are very nice and close in proximity to everything we need. Easy process, very nice and helpful Manager
April 19, 2023I was looking for an apartment in Jacksonville but I was living in other city far from here so I had to do all contacts and the moving process by internte and by phone. Pamela was very kind and friendly and made the whole application process very easy. The apartment was ready on time and looks very clean. The neighbors are friendly, the place is nice and quiet and clean. Terrible!!!
September 11, 2021Roaches everywhere, maintenance will take forever to handle work orders and then does a half way job. Pool is filthy. Management is the absolute WORST!! Since I've been here the Management has changed at least 5 times. The current manger is never in the office or answers the phone, not to mention has no knowledge regarding information or inquiries. Can not trust
July 27, 2021For some reason the background check takes a week. After that they will take over a week to email you a lease. I never got to move in as I have been trying to get lease paperwork for a unit that was available but one was never generated despite the fact that I paid for the background check and admin fee. Nope, refused to refund the admin fee even when nothing was conducted to move forward.
