June 18, 2025Experience has been very pleasant and I am a happy resident. Property is well maintained. Love the pools especially in this summer weather. The clubhouse is perfect entertainment space for gatherings that are to large for my unit. The Amazon lockers work well and I have no complaints.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025Oasis has been a wonderful place for me over the last few years to live, between the maintenance team and the management team here I don’t think you could have any better. Parking would be my only concern as it seems as though more and more people are either living here or staying here that are probably not under rental agreement.Property Manager Responded

I have to say some of the many reasons I have renewed are as follows, The management (Cheryl) specifically always goes above and beyond to provide the best service which is lacking in so many ways these day. She is professional to a point and also comes around with that personnel touch. I see her here early in the morning checking the grounds and late in the evening helping her staff. In my eyes she is invaluable in so ...many ways and is the main reason I renewed my lease. The grounds are always impeccable no matter what is going on. The amenities, gym, pool, hammocks, BBQ are always kept clean and tidy. The maintenance team, ALL of them always are both courteous and on point with any repairs. They communicate through the whole process from start to finish. And of course Location, Location, Location.... One very happy resident !!!!Property Manager Responded
