April 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comBlamed me for damage that I didn't do and put in work orders from moving in to get fixed, never did. Then reported me to collections because the insurance company denied their claim I did damage, but never told me yet certainly reported me. Every year dealt with roach infestations, neighbors that don't work and do drugs, kids stealing from my garage, and homeless people screaming wandering around. I am thankful every time I think back to this place that I don't live here.

I had to get a repair and it cost me $2500. I moved here because the place initially seemed okay since there are families and students around, but the longer I live here, the more I realized how poorly run Oasis Townhomes can be. The toilets are very loud when you flush and the sink and tub get clogged quite often. Really consider your options ...before renting here.Read More

February 3, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comDirty complex, Very old building, toilet flush not working well, i requested to fix or change but they refused. I had to flush several times and toilet made sound when nobody was even near. garage door didn’t open so i had to call uber for work one day. Super annoying issue is that you’ll hear very loud noise whenever train passes by and the room shakes i thought it was an earthquake. And it passes by day and night non stop. I’m so glad i only lived here for 6 months.

Beware of the move-out cost they charge
May 14, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI stayed at Oasis for only six months and we have kept the place clean without any damage to the carpet or the paint. However, Oasis did not return any of our security deposit and charged us $350 extra for repainting the whole unit and cleaning fee!! We were being told that we would only be responsible for $75 for cleaning the bathrooms in the beginning. I felt that it was totally unfair for them to charge us this much for moving out.

For what you pay you really are getting a bang for your buck. With washer dryer fridge and garage included it is great for someone who is just starting out. Also, most of the residence work at the hospital or go to The university so the complex is really quiet. Which is always a plus. Outside of the complex its self , location is great as you are close to the market as well as ...freeways department stores and many restaurants. I would most definently recommend living here as I already did to my sister in law and she loves it as well!!Read More
