STOLEN ITEMS/UNSAFE
December 14, 2021I have lived here for 3 months, and within that time span, I have not only gotten my bike stolen, but I also got my car vandalized within the property! I had to get a repair and it cost me $2500. I moved here because the place initially seemed okay since there are families and students around, but the longer I live here, the more I realized how poorly run Oasis Townhomes can be. The toilets are very loud when you flush and the sink and tub get clogged quite often. Really consider your options ...before renting here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 3, 2021Dirty complex, Very old building, toilet flush not working well, i requested to fix or change but they refused. I had to flush several times and toilet made sound when nobody was even near. garage door didn’t open so i had to call uber for work one day. Super annoying issue is that you’ll hear very loud noise whenever train passes by and the room shakes i thought it was an earthquake. And it passes by day and night non stop. January 10, 2019Got my car vandalized within a week of taking it out of the dealership (hub caps stolen)...my wife's car got towed away 2 times because apparently you can't go to work come back and park on the same spot for more than 3 days no matter if it is the only parking space available...at night is like walking on eggshells floor makes so much noise not too mention the whispering sound of the train by the way every time the train passes your apartment shakes 1st day I tought it was an earthquake. Beware of the move-out cost they charge
May 14, 2017I stayed at Oasis for only six months and we have kept the place clean without any damage to the carpet or the paint. However, Oasis did not return any of our security deposit and charged us $350 extra for repainting the whole unit and cleaning fee!! We were being told that we would only be responsible for $75 for cleaning the bathrooms in the beginning. I felt that it was totally unfair for them to charge us this much for moving out.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2015Oasis is a very clean apartment complex. Staff is friendly and for the most part very timely with fixing any work orders. For what you pay you really are getting a bang for your buck. With washer dryer fridge and garage included it is great for someone who is just starting out. Also, most of the residence work at the hospital or go to The university so the complex is really quiet. Which is always a plus. Outside of the complex its self , location is great as you are close to the market as well as ...freeways department stores and many restaurants.
