Located adjacent to Old Town Scottsdale, Oasis at Scottsdale is truly a gem! We are located just a quarter mile east of the Miller Rd and Indian School Rd intersection! We are within walking distance to great parks, trails, a beautiful golf course, and Miller Plaza! We are also just off bus route 41. From our location you also have quick access to the 101. APARTMENTS One bedrooms are 700 sq. ft. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living areas! Two bedrooms are 1,050 sq. ft. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and each have their own bathrooms. All first floor units will have a patio that is accessed from either the living room or the dining room. All second floor units will have a balcony accessed from either the living room or the dining room. Some units will have a washer and dryer. AMENITIES Our property amenities include our two outdoor pool and Jacuzzi areas, four 24-hour laundry facilities, grill areas, and fitness center. The amenity areas are tended to daily to ensure a safe, clean, and homey environment. We are happy to see our residents enjoying their home at Oasis at Scottsdale! Within the apartments, our amenities offer convenience and comfort. All units have air conditioning, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet access, and more. THE WORST PLACE TO STAY IN SCOTTSDALE
December 13, 2022Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Everyone in the front office needs to be fired for negligence. I’ve had countless issues ranging from water damage all over my kitchen and bathroom, mold, insects, creepy neighbors, and worst of all this complex will change for anything and everything under the sun. RATS, RATS AND MORE RATS!!
October 29, 2020My son save his best friend moved in there 2 years ago. Besides all the plumbing problems, they had rats. It took the maintenance staff days to respond. Traps were set but only a few. Then more were set. It seemed to problem was taken care of. Today, it was discovered (due to a gas leak from the stove) that a trap was put in the bottom drawer of the stove and was never checked by maintenance. There was a dead, rotted, rat with melted plastic because they had be COOKING WITH THE CARCASS IN THERE ...for at least a year!! Why wasn't it checked when they returned to remove the other traps? The tenants (my son and his roommate) had no idea where the traps had been placed. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't move here!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 2, 2019I lived here for 3 years. The first 2 years were great so I moved into a 2 bedroom on the west side of the complex. The roaches were soooo bad and no end in sight. Its a major problem here...infestation from hell. Dont move here.Review from Apartments.com

Don’t Move Here
November 30, 2018Not a nice place to live. Management is rude and nasty. Maintenance never gets done in a timely manner. They always have excuses as to why things happen or can’t be fixed. Cockroaches, trash, pigeon poop, dog poop and loud people and parties. Even though you pay for utilities they still turn your A/C off. A/C isn’t even an air conditioning unit. It’s a chiller unit/swamp cooler. For the longest time it didn’t work. They need to clean the air vents out, but of course they won’t. Too lazy. The ...girls that run this place are just rude, rude, rude. They need to learn some manners and professionalism. Don’t live here. That’s all I can say. Lots of bird poop and cigarette smokr
April 7, 2018The Oasis is a decent location, but beyond that, it's complete garbage. Also, if you love to smell cigarette smoke, this is the place for you. You will also fall in love with the pigeons, until you realize no ever cleans the steps or sidewalk. The manager has no business being in the hospitality industry.
