NEEDS RETURN OF GOOD MANAGEMENT

Secure building. Fairly well-maintained. Rent based on income which makes it affordable for those of us on a fixed income. For the past 12 years we have had managers who were friendly and approachable; who were able to solve tenant issues. Unfortunately, it is now a totally different building. I try to avoid contact with a manager who is rude and dismissive. It takes away from what is supposed to be a "senior community" atmosphere where ALL tenants are treated with respect.
