April 2, 2025Because the building management issues were so bad for so long and Greystar did not provide a remedy, I am reluctant to recommend the building. We were treated as if we were snowflakes and essentially gaslighted. We're taking a wait-and-see stance, observing how new management fixes the problems left behind by the last unpleasant regime. We like the work done by Kim and Mike, so I anticipate that things will improve.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2024The service I received from Kim was exceptional since my arrival in May 2024, and I had a smooth transaction in November. She has gone above and beyond to help and assist me whenever I asked. Kevin has also done a good job fixing my broken items. Uninhabitable Conditions and Unresponsive Management: A Nightmare Experience
September 7, 2024Terrible living conditions. My apartment became infested with flies despite all windows and doors being closed. Repeatedly contacted the leasing office, and provided photos, but no action was taken. I’ve been dealing with severe distress, and the leasing office refused to let me terminate my lease without penalty, despite failing to resolve the issue. They even entered my apartment without permission. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place.Property Manager Responded
