After weeks of looking for an apartment for our college bound daughter, we came across Ocean Breeze Villas. We were greeted by Sandy and Marlene. They were both so hospitable, and Sandy even shared cat pictures with my daughter…something in common. Marlene provided a very thorough tour of the property. She knew other tenants by name and seemed to have a great rapport with them. My daughter felt immediately at ease with Marlene and Sandy. As a mom, I felt comfortable with them as well and had the ...
feeling that they are not only there to do their jobs, but also go above and beyond and look out for their tenants.
Although the apartment complex itself looks a bit dated, there was a maintenance crew outside painting. The units themselves have been refurbished and are very clean and nice. The security gate is open during business hours, but it appears that Marlene and Sandy have a great view of cars entering and exiting the property.
To us, the rent was reasonable for a one bedroom, one bath plus den considering we had looked at studio apartments for more.
Considering all of this, we felt comfortable with leasing an apartment here for our daughter. The biggest factor in our decision was the wonderful staff.

Beautiful updated modern 3 bedroom apt with gorgeous spacious kitchen. Service/emotional support animals welcome. Beautiful landscaping. Amazing topnotch workout center you couldnt ask for more equipment if you love the gym. Cute kiddie pool provided for the littles with a tiny playground and mini golf course and a bigger pool for everyone else. Great place to live and everyone in the office is always so kind and helpful.

Oceanbreeze staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. All of my concerns are always addressed quickly. The maintenance staff does a great job with repairs and upkeep.

I have only been at Ocean Breeze a month but so far it has been a nice community, management is always there if I need them. The visitor parking is a little challenging but overall, I give them all stars!

It’s a community that I wasn’t expecting , i have had some personal difficulty for few months after losing a job and getting back on my feet but the staff were amazing and genuinely courteous people . I could go on and on , but long story short it is a place I truly enjoy to call home .
