They were both so hospitable, and Sandy even shared cat pictures with my daughter…something in common. Marlene provided a very thorough tour of the property. She knew other tenants by name and seemed to have a great rapport with them. My daughter felt immediately at ease with Marlene and Sandy. As a mom, I felt comfortable with them as well and had the ...feeling that they are not only there to do their jobs, but also go above and beyond and look out for their tenants. Although the apartment complex itself looks a bit dated, there was a maintenance crew outside painting. The units themselves have been refurbished and are very clean and nice. The security gate is open during business hours, but it appears that Marlene and Sandy have a great view of cars entering and exiting the property. To us, the rent was reasonable for a one bedroom, one bath plus den considering we had looked at studio apartments for more. Amazing topnotch workout center you couldnt ask for more equipment if you love the gym. Cute kiddie pool provided for the littles with a tiny playground and mini golf course and a bigger pool for everyone else.
