Great location, old creeky building

The building has poor instillation so you hear everything. And the age of the building is apparent especially on the first floor where you are subjected to hearing the creaks of the floor boards even with the quietest of neighbors. But the location is great. There is in building laundry and storage areas which is nice. And the building is kept clean.

The location & size of apartment could not be more perfect...with that being said- the management company, condition of building & timely wait to have urgent issues addressed is out of control. My boyfriend and I wait over a YEAR for a bathroom leak repair to be addressed. Work orders were closed before anyone even came to look at the issue- then when someone came, he knocks on the door not even knowing what he was showing up to repair/look at. And they started the repair before the Fourth of ...
July & it still is not completed. They left the ceiling open in our bathroom for 2 weeks.
Completely unprofessional and every person you talked to blamed it on the other person. If this location was not directly across the street from the beach we would have been gone months ago.

The halls here were recently remodeled and beautiful. Lovely spacious apartment with beautiful kitchen and immaculate, large bathroom. Nice polite neighbors and large laundry facility, Overall very happy!

Living here for some time, I have waited months for work to be done... not had work done at all when promised.. and ultimately its the management companies fault.. workmanship is done poorly and guised by nice looking kitchens and bathrooms... whoo. Enjoy that until the first repair or leak you get.
