Moving to Jupiter
July 18, 2024Me and my girlfriend did a major move from NYC to Jupiter and it was the most stressful move ever, luckily we found Ocean House and did a video tour. Emilly gave us all details and showed us the apartment and community and made the application process a breeze. We are very thankful for her. The apartment is perfect for what we need, all new appliances, the community is very clean, quiet and the best thing about it is that it's a few mins away from the beach and a ton of restaurants and stores. ...The maintenance workers also seem to be on top of everything. Amazing Tequesta Living
July 9, 2024Renting here has been great (we moved in May 2024), especially with all the upgrades to the community. The new bathrooms look amazing and its great to have a washer dryer in unit. Also, having a balcony is always a nice touch. The management team has been responsive to all of my requests.Review from Apartments.com

Just be aware
March 28, 2024Way over priced for what you are getting... Go see for yourself. Windows are out dated (the unit I saw wouldn't even open), you can hear everything, especially the trains that are a block away. There are NO amenities, trash area are just 3 yard dumpsters with one residential can for recyclables. Concrete walkways are cracked and could be tripping hazards. Two "newer" tenants that moved in while I was there we continuously arguing to the point I wanted to call the cops... Yes, the location is ...prime, but I'd rather spent $200 more to live in a place with a pool, no cracks, windows that open, and no trains. I hope this is helpful!Property Manager Responded
