Great place to live!

I have lived here for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The location can't be beat: two blocks from coastal walking paths and beaches and a short walk to downtown PG. The staff is always friendly and quick in responding to any issues you may have, and the ammenities they offer are great. I would definitely reccomend this complex!

Don't believe the grumpy reviewers. The reconstruction is much needed, and they only work during regular working hours. They have several different lay out options for the 1 and 2 bedrooms to suit your needs. My 1 bedroom layout has a massive living room and its absolutely perfect. Everything in it is brand new. My rent is the cheapest I found in the area for a way better location (if you like the beach). The pool is going to be redone, new spa area, new fire pits, the hallways have new paint, ...
light fixtures, and carpet. The mechanic and manager are incredibly nice, honest, and have responded to any inquiries immediately during office hours. Any maintenance issues (which were actually user error or I broke it) were resolved in a day. They're pet friendly, and oh.. a few blocks from Asilomar Beach! I only give it a 4/5 until the renovations are complete. There are also little details, like my light switches not actually being connected to an outlet, and the trash areas being.. trashed (probably by those grumpy old tenants with scathing reviews who hate change). The only other things I have to complain about are what come with apartment life anywhere. I thought I moved into a home for the almost-deaf with how loud the tenant above me and next to my bedroom listen to their televisions. Unfortunately, there isn't much management can do about that except getting into the walls to add audio attenuating substance (which would be welcomed). Those complaining that the manager sends out emails regarding the rules are the annoying tenants who make apartment life suck for everyone else by parking where they shouldn't, not picking up after their dogs, being loud, smoking where they shouldn't, being rude to other tenants and the manager, etc.

Ocean Breeze with a flair, just two blocks away, and at night there are times the soundscapes of the ocean can put you too sleep. The Lighthouse is a step away, in a quiet neighbor hood and comfortable living space. Offers a pool and Spa great place to be almost like Vacation.
