I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. We love living here and so lucked out with our wonderful neighbors. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with tile floors, cabinets, upgraded appliances, and granite countertops. The beach is just across the street and the views are absolutely beautiful. Wow, what an awesome place to live. My husband and I lived here while he worked in the area. It was nice to have the flexibility of a short term lease.. much better then staying in a hotel for 6 months!! We were considering this place but after hearing about the rude and loud neighbors, we changed our minds. We have heard that there is a rude couple down at the end that drink a lot and like to get mouthy and talk about all the other neighbors, as well as they drink and drive and play extremely loud music past quiet hours. We are a little older and don’t want to hear about a rude couple causing drama or drinking loud on their porch. I have read the other comments about the landlord not doing their ...

My experience living here is an awesome one. The landlords are very attentive and when issues arrive they jump on it like your family. I’ve been here a short time and look forward to the rest of my lease along with continuing extended leases. Sheryl and her husband Brian are just awesome!!

Community is under new ownership and have upgraded the flooring, blinds, fixtures and furniture to make this a great community to live at. Capital rehab to include all interior upgrades, exterior painting and new landscaping and patio furniture. It provides all utilities paid and furnished units which is perfect for supervisors and contractors working nearby chemical plants. Owner is a member in good standing with the Houston Apartment Association.
Unprofessional and Childish Landlord

The owner/landlord is very unprofessional and tends to not respond to calls or texts messages for a week or more. But will be prompt when rent is due. Most tenets have had numerous problems with landlord, the units, and refunds of security deposits. Wiring for units are not up to code and some units have roach infestation. The landlord does not clean the units out properly and will immediately rent out same day a tenet vacates. The waste management is horrible, trash piling up in dumpsters for ...
days. My experience at this property was horrible and landlord is childish and rude. I strongly suggest looking for lodging elsewhere.
