July 24, 2019I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. We love living here and so lucked out with our wonderful neighbors. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with tile floors, cabinets, upgraded appliances, and granite countertops. The beach is just across the street and the views are absolutely beautiful. We enjoy cooking out and enjoying our neighbors on the weekends. Have already become great friends. It is amazing to come home from work and really enjoy relaxing with the views or just ...having a great conversation with our neighbors. The management team goes above and beyond with their wonderful costumer service. They check in us frequently just to see how things are going. Never had that kind of service before. The best place to live!
February 9, 2019Wow, what an awesome place to live. My husband and I lived here while he worked in the area. It was nice to have the flexibility of a short term lease.. much better then staying in a hotel for 6 months!! If you want to make friends that will last a lifetime, and laugh until you can’t laugh anymore....then this is the place for you! Not to mention the beach being steps away and first class property management that will bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% happy! The apartment is ...BEAUTIFUL... and COMPLETELY RENOVATED..down to the studs! All new appliances, and the bay view right out of our bedroom window was the most relaxing way to wake up every morning. Rude Neighbors!
October 11, 2018We were considering this place but after hearing about the rude and loud neighbors, we changed our minds. We have heard that there is a rude couple down at the end that drink a lot and like to get mouthy and talk about all the other neighbors, as well as they drink and drive and play extremely loud music past quiet hours. We are a little older and don’t want to hear about a rude couple causing drama or drinking loud on their porch. I have read the other comments about the landlord not doing their ...job with reaching the residents needs which is sad. May 29, 2018My experience living here is an awesome one. The landlords are very attentive and when issues arrive they jump on it like your family. New Ownership and Upgraded Units
January 25, 2017Community is under new ownership and have upgraded the flooring, blinds, fixtures and furniture to make this a great community to live at. Capital rehab to include all interior upgrades, exterior painting and new landscaping and patio furniture. It provides all utilities paid and furnished units which is perfect for supervisors and contractors working nearby chemical plants. Unprofessional and Childish Landlord
November 22, 2016The owner/landlord is very unprofessional and tends to not respond to calls or texts messages for a week or more. But will be prompt when rent is due. Most tenets have had numerous problems with landlord, the units, and refunds of security deposits. Wiring for units are not up to code and some units have roach infestation. The landlord does not clean the units out properly and will immediately rent out same day a tenet vacates. The waste management is horrible, trash piling up in dumpsters for ...days.
