Very responsive office, lower rent than most, large rooms

Going on 3rd year at Ocean Walk. Yes, there have been issues - plumbing, pest control, appliances - but the response to address any concern has been almost immediate, with follow up calls and emails. If you check around KW, you'll be hard-pressed to find a 3/2 with bedrooms and living areas this large and at this price. Sure, as you move north and out of the Keys, the same apartment would easily be half of what the prices are in KW. Some of the bigger repairs/purchases are also being addressed - ...
elevators and laundry room - this takes time and money. I'd guess our rent is spent on maintaining the grounds, staff salaries, supplies (paint, appliances, parts, tools, mowers, etc) property taxes, BUT that doesn't stop me from submitting a maintenance request ANY TIME I see an issue, ask for pest service, and keep calling or submitting complaints about the building issues (elevator, laundry) so they know we aren't happy.
