Overpriced, Tiny Apartments
August 17, 2025I live at 801 Broadway. The building manager is responsive and nice, but the apartments are cheaply built and marketed as “luxury” when they’re not. They didn’t disclose the square footage in the listing, and I wasn’t able to tour beforehand—the units are extremely small. It’s by far the worst place I’ve lived, and I can’t wait to move out in October. There’s no parking (street only, which feels unsafe) and the rent is way overpriced. I would not recommend moving here.Review from Apartments.com
