I am so happy I decided to go with Oceanfront! I wanted to go somewhere with a nice water view and I got that! My view is absolutely beautiful! I am also like this loft style thing they have going. It's small and I like that not huge like other properties I had seen. The office staff was also super helpful with everything.

First 6 Month all Good - New to Galvestion The Next 18 Months (If I could do "0" stars, i would) - Gated entry broken - Car broken into 4 times - Filthy elevators and parking area - Lights in the Parking area and Stairs, about ½ work. - Elevators work 20% and not talking about the people getting stuck in the thing. - Pool was close by the city for not have any working gates. - The Pool, is not very clean - Hot tub was broken for 18 Months. - The buildings and Elevators stink like cigarette ...

BAD - Galveston Street people sleep in the laundry rooms - Took 2.5 Months to fix the bathroom light (Yes it was dark) - The walk ways are cracking and look to be falling in. - Office staff turn over every couple of months. - Horrible customer service. - Water Bills are high (100.00 for a 2 bedroom) - You pay for Pest Control, but never see them, as bugs are everywhere. - In Short, I #$@#$ hate the place. One good item NOT related to the Oceanfront Lofts is the beach is across the street

First don't believe the brochure! Hot tub hasn't worked in over a year. Gated entry? Nope always broken. Trash everywhere! Filthy and elevators only work 20-% of the time. Maybe nice years ago. This place is literally falling apart. Management is inexperienced and horrible customer service. If it can't be fixed with duct tape or hammer and nails it won't be fixed. Bugs bugs bugs! If all you need is a view of the water then this is your place. Expect to pay for it!

It's hard to complain when your balcony overlooks the gulf. Its in a great location on the island, close to grocery stores and a short walk to some of the greatest spots in Galveston, including many of the great beaches along the seawall. It also has a great pool and hot tub area including grills and great lounge area. And if the location an amenities didn't sell you, the management staff is the nicest I have ever encountered.
