August 15, 2023This place is HORRIBLE! The good reviews are from the previous property managers. They got bought out. They will ignore emails. They don’t respond to maintenance requests. Homeless people jump the fence all the time. Be careful because there are a lot of fees that cause the rent to fluctuate monthly. I pay $300 more because water, sewage, and trash fluctuate monthly and can cost almost $200! Verizon is $50 unlimited and they force you to pay $85 for Cox. $50 fee to pay a $25 gas bill. ...Just run. I had to move out. Even though the base rate of my new apartment is $100 more, I’m still saving money monthly because all the fees. RUN if you want at least $200/month extra in your pocket!Property Manager Responded

Strip-Off
July 22, 2015This complex is less than a half-mile from Las Vegas Boulevard, which makes it convenient to the Strip as well as Henderson, Town Square, and the South Premium Outlet Mall. Both the gorgeous pool and the tiny but usable workout facility are highlights. We have had a recent change of management, which seems to be working to our advantage. My apartment was not ready for move-in when I arrived, and the neighbors regularly leave their dog's excrement just outside their door. I have seen other ...tenants allow their pets to urinate in the flower beds and toss their trash in the landscaping. But with the new management, we've received another maintenance worker and someone in the main office who is not afraid to share her concerns with unruly renters. The rent is high, and I haven't hung any pictures because I was told that my deposit would be reduced by the number of holes in my walls; but overall, I think this will satisfy me until I decide to purchase a home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
