I wouldn't recommend
July 14, 2025I am extremely disappointed with my experience living at Okemos Station. Despite consistently paying my rent on time and never causing any issues or complaints, the level of service and care I received fell far below acceptable standards. Here are several concerns I encountered during my time here: -My lease start date was delayed with little communication or urgency. -A lifted door near the kitchen was never repaired, and I was advised to refuse further service on it. -The main entrance door ...was left unrepaired for over a month, with the handle falling off—creating a serious safety concern, especially in case of emergency. -The heat in my unit was completely turned off at one point, which is unacceptable, especially during colder weather. -There was a constant issue with insects and even mice in the unit. -Despite repeated requests, I never received a fire extinguisher. -I was informed about pet billing charges at the last minute, with no advance notice. -Reaching emergency maintenance was extremely difficult and frustrating. -There was only one leasing agent working Monday through Friday, and they were rarely available or responsive. Given all of the above, I cannot in good conscience recommend living at Okemos Station. Basic tenant needs were neglected, and communication from management was consistently lacking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 4, 2024I love living at Okemos Station. It’s quiet, well maintained and the office staff is helpful and approachable. Maintenance when needed, has responded quickly. I have lived here for almost 4 years. Most of all I love being able to have my Pitmix live with me.Property Manager Responded
