Big Disappointment

First few weeks had no water or had orange water. They cut off without notice. Go to take bath, tub is full of brown water!
Six months after move in my entire apt flooded. Management could not even PRETEND to care. My 2 daughters & I and our pets were put in a hotel. Nothing was done to try to save what was left behind. After promising me they’d dry clean these things; Maintenance threw my rugs, comforters, pillows & blankets in the tubs where they molded & grew things. The district mgr did not ...
return my calls for 2 weeks & stood me up twice for a meeting. They actually wanted to rush through repairs & cover up the mold, mildew, rotten drywall & black carpet to put me & my family right back into the same apartment! I fought hard! The building is falling apart. Chunks of ceilings fall down. I know someone trapped in their front door & another from her balcony. The elevator is out of service more than it works. Once this year for over 4 months!! (May still be broke idk) Yes! There are tons of cats. They do nothing. Won’t call organizations to TNR. Starving baby kittens everywhere & they will threaten you not to feed. The asst mgr doesn’t like cats. She makes it known. Their own tenants are leaving their pets behind!
Stolen mail & open packages (especially at holidays) has been a problem every year!! Pool was green last summer.water often slimy. Sauna never seen open. Hot tub when open had very nasty things in it. Lots of weed smoking. They will tell you call police! Instead of handling themselves. They will even tell u they KNOW who’s doing it. *If you complain too much you will be treated differently. The new package “system” is a disaster. The apts are way over priced. Too old. Too dingy. Too many repairs needed. Beer drinking & loud music in parking lots. (Leaves pile of cans on road) Many late night drive bys. (Non residents creeping through slowly, WHY?) The vibe is not safe anymore. I’m so glad I got out!!
