Love this place. Love everything and everyone here. They take really good care of ya and are there that day or the next to fix something or take of the issue. I have made this my home. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I feel very secure with entrance and the grounds to be there and to walk to my car in the very early hours. Very safe. Thanks to everyone in the apartment area.

My apartment at Old Cheney Place was my first ever apartment. I had moved from Illinois to Lincoln & toured 22 different apartments complexes, but Old Cheney Place was my favorite by far. The apartments are very comfortable & reasonably priced. Personally, I don't like my home looking like an office space, so I'm glad the buildings here are classic, well built, & have a great home-feel. All neighbors I've met have been friendly & you have a great mix of younger people living around with nice ...

A lot of places in Lincoln are overcharging rent for a quick buck at overly modern living spaces, so I'd recommend Old Cheney Place to anyone looking for a classic apartment complex with friendly staff in a safe spot of town. Security is also great & first floor apartments feel very safe!

I've moved to Old Cheney Place by Broadmoor in 2018 and have no desire to leave. Management and staff are always very friendly, welcoming and understanding. Whenever there is a issue the maintenance staff is punctual and get the job done. The apartments are kept up, landscape is always in tip top shape, lawn mowed and such.
