A Great Choice
April 19, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI was really surprised by the size of the apartments I viewed when I visited Old Orchard By the Bay. Vicki was so helpful with my application process (and anything else I've needed since). I was so impressed with the state of the apartment when I was ready to move in - never seen a place so spotlessly clean and ready to live in! My neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Happy to call this place home.

August 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comComing from the thumb area all our life's then moved to Flint. Old orchard is the closest to our country living. We have been here almost a year. Any time we need something repaired the employees are right here. The pool is fantastic and we use it on a daily basis. The employees are very friendly and maintenance are friendly . This complex is always kept clean and landscaping is beautiful. Very quiet and family friendly. Would highly recommend Old Orchard By The Bay to family and friends.

I have been very satisfied with my townhouse, it has a fireplace a carport and a basement for my washer and dryer. The grounds look great, maintenance requests are very prompt and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. My neighbors are all very nice. I only wish it was a little closer to my work. It's worth the drive to feel safe and comfortable.

July 22, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWhen moving to the city, I viewed many of the apartments in the area. Upon coming to Old Orchard I knew exactly where I wanted to be. First, the yard area is beautiful. When driving in the sign says "WELCOME HOME" and when leaving in the morning it reads "HAVE A NICE DAY". Every area is well maintained and beautiful. The pool area has lounge chairs and tables enclosed by a fence with flowers and manicured shrubs. Old Orchard has one two bedroom apartments, plus Town Houses. We have ...covered car areas also. For families with children there is a play area and lots of space for riding bikes and skateboards etc. The entire staff is wonderful. I have had calls to see if I am comfortable and feel safe. which says how caring they are. We are near the city yet in a quiet location which also makes it very peaceful. I would recommend Old Orchard to all. This is "My Home".Read More
