October 18, 2025The property management team is so lovely and friendly. Maintenance tickets are serviced promptly and with a smile. During summer, the pool is nice, and there is also on-site laundry and rental washer/dryer availability. Location is #1 for me, with quick access to major highways. A local gas station is less than a minute away, and Walmart is about 6 minutes away. The convenience and short travel times are a big plus. The one thing that isn't great is the cost of rent, which I feel can be a ...little pricey, but it does depend on the length of the lease agreement: pleasant neighbors and a very safe, quiet neighborhood.
