About Old Harbor Apartments
Old Harbor Apartments are located in Shepherdsville off of Highway 44. We offer two different size units: Two bedroom/two bath- Rent starts at $765 per month Two bedroom/1.5 bath-rent starts at $750 per month All units are two bedrooms All unites are equipped with washer / dryer hookups and all major appliances; Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher Application Fee: Per person: $40.00 Non-refundable Must be 21 to apply and anyone over that age must be listed on application All application fees are to be paid in Money Order- No Checks! We are not income based nor do we accept Section 8 Damage Deposit: Damage deposit of $500.00 is due 5 days from the time of approval to hold the next available unit. If you are approved and we do not have the Deposit then the unit will still be considered available to rent. Deposit must be paid in Money Order. Pets are NOT allowed at Old Harbor Apartments.

I have been a resident at Old Harbor 2 1/2 years. If you do what you are suppose to do you will have no problems. Management has changed hands 4 times in the time that I have been there. The exercise room and laundry are only open during the week 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and that makes using these facilities impossible to use for people who work during the day. I have had no problems during the time I have lived there. Our building is very quite. The apartments are really dated back to the time when ...
they were first built, they could use some updating.

The new office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and the exercise and laundry room are now open through the night until we have any issues. Great place to live!! Maintenance is great and quick to fix issues and office staff is also great! They do not put up with any nonsense. If you follow the rules you will absolutely love it here!!
