Living at olde derby village has been such a great experience. These apartments are very homey. Very cozy. Neighbors are super friendly. Daphne and Jessica whom are manager and assistant manager are awesome! They go above and beyond and make sure you are always happy and satisfied. Maintenance team are also great, they are quick and efficient. Definitely recommend living here!

I have been here for 5 years and it's a nice little place to be in. The management team is 5 star in my opinion, very caring, polite, and professional. Example for me was today I had an issue that was quickly resolved by the Assistant manager, she was very nice in helping me and that to me says it all.

I signed my lease today and I couldn’t be happier. I met with the Assistant Property Manager ( Veronique) today. She was very professional. I was blown away by how nice her and Daphney was. They answered all my questions, as well as made me feel right at home. The leasing process was very quick too. I gave them my documents this Monday and today (Thursday), I have the keys to my new apartment. I am looking forward to using the pool and fitness center.
