September 1, 2022I have been here for 5 years and it's a nice little place to be in. The management team is 5 star in my opinion, very caring, polite, and professional. Sad to Leave
May 4, 2022I moved into Olde Derby Village in April of 2016, I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex. The leasing office and maintenance crew have always been so accommodating, helpful and responsive whenever I had to request assistance. The property management team changed a few times during my tenancy, the current team deserve the highest of accolades for their service to the Olde Derby Village Community. Lance and his team were always friendly and completed any maintenance work ...order/request promptly and with great professionalism. Signed My Lease Today
March 25, 2021I signed my lease today and I couldn’t be happier. I met with the Assistant Property Manager ( Veronique) today. She was very professional. I was blown away by how nice her and Daphney was. They answered all my questions, as well as made me feel right at home. The leasing process was very quick too.
