    After moving in during May, I have really enjoyed living here. The location is wonderful being so close to the olentangy trail and the property is maintained beautifully. The leasing staff has been nothing but kind and helpful, especially Ha’Nyah. The condition of the apartment was good on day one, and the maintainance staff have been helpful whenever needed. I would recommend this place.

    I moved to OV this May, and it has been a wonderful living experience! My apartment is the perfect size for myself and my roommate, with large communal spaces ( living room, bathroom, kitchen). I especially enjoy the close proximity to COTA bus stops, which I use everyday to commute to OSU. The community is a mix of students, young professionals, families, and retirees which adds to the charming environment. Would highly recommend to anyone!

    I have lived in OV since 1995, first in a classic apartment and in the Ravine Building since 2022. I love the natural areas - the wide yards, mature trees, the river, and wildlife. The convenient Clintonville location is perfect. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the staff.     I have enjoyed living here at OV. I have lived here for 2 years. Residents are generally very quiet and respectful, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently, and the front desk staff are amazing . If I weren’t moving back down south to NC, I would have stayed here at least another year . Lastly, it’s incredibly affordable and walking distance to the Olentangy Trail, Park of Roses, Global Gallery, and so much more !

    I’m moving out this August after living at Olentangy Apartment for about three years. Overall, I would say it was a great place to live, mostly because the location was really convenient with easy access to the OSU main campus, stores (e.g., Giant Eagle, Kroger), and main roads. Maintenance and management were also really helpful whenever I reached out. As for downsides, there has been some minor issues with noisy neighbors and occasional pests, which made it less comfortable at times.

    The ravine (and river) building has central AC and washer and dryer hook ups, nestled along the river. These apartments are mostly updated. I have a lovely river view and feel connected and close to nature, which is huge for me, a necessity if you will. My experience has been quiet, unlike other rentals l've lived in near campus. Overall, I'm happy to live here.

    The location is very convenient for OSU. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to campus, and many OSU students and staff live here. It is also close to grocery stores such as Giant Eagle, which is very convenient. Some of the electrical outlets do not work, and there are a few things in the apartment that are broken, but overall they have not been a big issue for me. When the smoke alarm system was malfunctioning and making noise, maintenance responded quickly and fixed it. I also really like having ...
