Residents are generally very quiet and respectful, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently, and the front desk staff are amazing . If I weren’t moving back down south to NC, I would have stayed here at least another year . June 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’m moving out this August after living at Olentangy Apartment for about three years. Overall, I would say it was a great place to live, mostly because the location was really convenient with easy access to the OSU main campus, stores (e.g., Giant Eagle, Kroger), and main roads. Maintenance and management were also really helpful whenever I reached out. As for downsides, there has been some minor issues with noisy neighbors and occasional pests, which made it less comfortable at times.Property Manager Responded

River & Ravine buildings
June 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe ravine (and river) building has central AC and washer and dryer hook ups, nestled along the river. These apartments are mostly updated. I have a lovely river view and feel connected and close to nature, which is huge for me, a necessity if you will. My experience has been quiet, unlike other rentals l've lived in near campus. Convenient Location Near OSU
June 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe location is very convenient for OSU. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to campus, and many OSU students and staff live here. It is also close to grocery stores such as Giant Eagle, which is very convenient. Some of the electrical outlets do not work, and there are a few things in the apartment that are broken, but overall they have not been a big issue for me. When the smoke alarm system was malfunctioning and making noise, maintenance responded quickly and fixed it.
