I would give this apartment complex zero stars if I could. Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
The property is infested with roaches, and there is black mold in the apartments that management either ignores or refuses to properly address. The buildings have obvious structural issues that make you question whether they’re even being maintained safely.
The grounds are disgusting. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash, attracting bugs and creating terrible ...
odors. The entire complex feels neglected and run down.
Safety is another major concern. Police are at this complex on a regular basis, and there’s always some kind of disturbance. It doesn’t feel like a place where you can relax or feel secure.
The management is by far the biggest disappointment. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and seem to have no interest in fixing the serious issues affecting residents. They collect rent but fail to provide even basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or safety.
Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. There are far better places to live than this one.
