Been in my unit about 2 months. The white on my shoes boxes have turned yellow and so have some of my shoes and shirts. The walls are so thin. I hear everything that goes on in the unit above me and next to me. The hallway smells horrible at times. Parking can be a mess at times

I agree with the previous comments about the smelly/trashy hallways, and loud neighbors. On the weekend the building reeks of weed. People hang outside of the building. The units are updated but after moving in I found a lot of short cut work was done in my unit. It's always cold in my unit; on cold days I have the heat on 78 plus an electric heater to stay warm. There are several mold areas in my unit such as the window, bedroom closet and laundry room. Parking is horrible, lord forbids it ...
snows. The parking lot is not cleaned for days. I was stuck in my parking space for 4 days. The walkway to the unit was not cleared. The community appears to be nice until you actually experience living here.

Thank you for the feedback. We invite all of our current residents to contact management should they encounter any problems. All complaints of disturbances are taken seriously and handled as such. We follow industry protocol for documenting/addressing any lease violations. Our maintenance department works toward a fast and efficient response to all service requests, which can be called-in or registered via our online tenant portal at any time. Snow removal is of great priority to us, and our contractor provides cleanup as quickly as possible while up against Mother Nature. Management provides great effort to keep all residents updated in terms of the status of winter weather cleanup.

Hallway smells like weed, you can even smell it in the bathroom and bedroom closet. There is no no smoking policy but tenants do whatever they want to. If you don’t want your clothes smelling smokey this is not the place for you.

Sorry to hear of this experience. Our community common areas and halls are thoroughly cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by a professional third-party cleaning company. We strive for cleanliness and a nice community presentation—up to and including the neutralization of any potential odors—within a building where anywhere from four to eight families reside and occasionally have guests. Olive Pointe has a strict no-smoking policy in place for the community and welcome any formal complaints be made to management to address.

I like my apartment a lot. The manager is very professional and prompt. Maintenance is prompt as well. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of the neighbors. The unit I stay in is very loud during and after hours. I have made several complaints to the manager. The unit above me is ridiculously loud for no reason. Besides that, the apartment itself is great.

I like my apartment a lot. The staff is very professional and prompt with maintenance requests. The application and move-in processes were very easy.
The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of the neighbors. The unit I stay in used to be the leasing office, so the unit above me is sensitive to even the slightest noise. Upon our first week living here, the property manager reached out saying that we got complaints of noise during quiet hours. I told her that it is unacceptable that they ...
were banging on our ceiling because we were watching TV at 20 volume.
We rarely have guests because of this. Other than that, the apartment itself is great.
