Location, beautiful property, a Management team (Aaron, Jeremy and Dustin) take care of your every need. maintenance needs responded to within 24 hours and fix, meet and greet activities were and are still easy due to an effective Management team that are available six days a week. OLIVER does not use bait and switch tactics as other places do and even renewal was very fair and easy. Stop by and look during the day and even at night, talk to the staff, the people living here, visit and read EVERYTHING about all the other places to see what they are doing right and wrong. Compare them to OLIVER and you will want to move here and make this home.

Ontop of the absolutely beautiful apartment the property manager makes sure that you coming to them is home! I couldnt have asked for better help and hospitality from her! I was so nervous about applying for a new apartment that I could not see in person, however the manager was so prompt and amazing, she even offered do take me on a tour thru facetime!!! I relocated from another state to MI and I must say it was an extremely stressful process but the staff at Oliver made my transition a happy ending. Aside from the office staff being extremely friendly and accommodating (They literally moved me in after I called them at the last minute.) I came in to a cute goodie bag on my counter filled with household items and cleaning supplies. I also received a coupon for a free pizza as well as other coupons for local restaurants and a gift card to a bar in ...
town. The overall unit is beautiful and well made. By far the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in, the pictures don't do it justice. When you look at the model that's exactly what you get. Not like other complexes I've seen or rented from that show you a beautiful model and then your actual unit looks nothing like it. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet area, extremely close to Toledo. One road will lead you to a nice drive in the country, while another road will take you into the city for plenty of shopping, food and activities all within minutes. I could go on and on but I will just leave it at this, I love my new home!
