It was okay. It could use a renovation. It was hard to find parking spot. High turnover in property managers. I did not like package pickup hours which were mostly in daytime.

We apologize for the challenges you experienced. We offer reserved parking spots in the garage for residents at No Cost. For package deliveries, we have a mail and package room available to residents 24/7; however, we do have office hours 5 days a week to accommodate all other requests. While not all of our suites are the most modern, we offer the most living space for the price, along with updated Penthouse suites.

The Oliver House is a hidden gem. The staff is very friendly and always so very helpful. The new staff in the office is awesome!!! The buildings are clean, easy access to the bus line and a laundry area on each floor. I love living here!!!!

This apartment is more like a home without all the extra responsibilities. It has ever amenity you want, and the location is in the center of it all. The surroundings are extremely well kept, and the apartment units are very well appointed. You will find the atmosphere serene with esthetic views. If you are empty nesting or just want an uncomplicated life style, this is the place for you! You have to see it for your self to believe it!
