September 10, 2024We moved in and it was a great start but then we started having issues. First the ac/heating unit broke and it took almost a month to get it fixed and it was winter time. Our neighbors are horrible and we have complained many times. They yell and scream and bang stuff at all hours of the night and we have a 4 month old and I’m surprised she hasn’t been woken up. I feel that they don’t take concerns seriously and make sure you read the lease agreement!Property Manager Responded

A place to call home
June 24, 2023I have been living at olivewood for a couple of years and just resigned for another. The leasing agent and maintenance staff are wonderful. The office manager Sherice is courteous, friendly, and goes above and beyond her job description for her tenets and for the community. In just the couple of years that I have lived here I have seen so much improvement to the community. Do not move in
June 21, 2023The office manger is the rudest person I have ever met. Lived here four months and not fixed shower unable to take shower. Ni screens in windows. Will not use attic found six rat traps. January 9, 2018I had recently been looking all over for a decent apartment in my budget that had immediate availability. I stopped here after seeing a post on Craigslist that was honestly confusing. However, I spoke with the community manager who clarified availability. I was told that the list actually went out to March which was much too long to wait. I’m assuming my desperation was sensed because she immediately gave me a list of other places to try.
