We moved in and it was a great start but then we started having issues. First the ac/heating unit broke and it took almost a month to get it fixed and it was winter time. Our neighbors are horrible and we have complained many times. They yell and scream and bang stuff at all hours of the night and we have a 4 month old and I’m surprised she hasn’t been woken up. I feel that they don’t take concerns seriously and make sure you read the lease agreement!

I have been living at olivewood for a couple of years and just resigned for another. The leasing agent and maintenance staff are wonderful. The office manager Sherice is courteous, friendly, and goes above and beyond her job description for her tenets and for the community. In just the couple of years that I have lived here I have seen so much improvement to the community. The office manger is the rudest person I have ever met. Lived here four months and not fixed shower unable to take shower. Ni screens in windows. Will not use attic found six rat traps.
Dish washer broke. And was told they don't have a staff person to repair. Unbelievable!!!!!

However, I spoke with the community manager who clarified availability. I was told that the list actually went out to March which was much too long to wait.
