March 31, 2026Grounds are nice. Apartment complex is quiet. Too many issues during my short stay that either never got resolved or took more than half my lease to get resolved. Biggest issue of circuit breaker popping in the bedroom never got resolved. Could not run washer and dryer at the same time nor have my TV on in the bedroom if the dryer was going. Complex did look at the issue and had a contractor out to look at the issue. They were unable to identify the issue thus no resolution. Luckily I was ...able to determine the dryer tied into other items plugged in could not run at the same time. Nor, run the washer and dryer at the same time. If complex would have asked contractor to visit while I was here, I could have shown them the issue. Bottom line, I am moving a couple of miles away rather than renewing my lease due to the inconvenience of these issues. Maintenance has been professional and friendly.
