I've been here just a few months, and there have been several issues with my apartment. They go through maintenance people like crazy - nobody stays more than a few weeks it seems. And the squirrels get into the roofs and chew up the internet cables, so forget about having reliable internet out here. They have done nothing about it. I regret moving here but I can't afford to leave and move somewhere else.

We love living at Olivo Square! Management is second to none. Maintenance gets the problem solved quickly and does the repair the way it should be done. No cutting corners or putting a “band aid” on the problem. All of the employees are courteous and willing to go the extra mile. We love our home!!

Overall, my experience at this apartment community has been positive. The location is convenient, and the grounds are generally well-kept. Maintenance is reliable and usually responds within a reasonable timeframe.
There are a few areas that could use improvement, such as occasional noise from neighbors,however management has been approachable and willing to address concerns when they come up.
The amenities are nice and add value to living here. While it’s not perfect, it’s a solid place to ...

such a beautiful place to live at. Bery affordable and pet friendly. Manager is extremely nice and helpful and so is the Leasing agent who will answer all your questions. Maintenance is always there when you need him and does an amazing job. Definitely accessible to the nearest Walmart and target and to some of my favorite restaurants like chilis and Texas Roadhouse.

Very quiet, clean area, maintenance is on top of orders. The ladies at the office help you and don’t make you feel like a bug when you call and complain. Definitely appreciate the good service.

Lived here for one and half years. Always quiet and no problems with neighbors ever. Staff is friendly and helpful and informative. Maintenance is best of all the places I've lived. Any problems are fixed promptly and completely and are never needed to be called back a second time for same problem. Complex is well taken care of.
