March 12, 2026I've been here just a few months, and there have been several issues with my apartment. They go through maintenance people like crazy - nobody stays more than a few weeks it seems. And the squirrels get into the roofs and chew up the internet cables, so forget about having reliable internet out here. They have done nothing about it. I regret moving here but I can't afford to leave and move somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2026Overall, my experience at this apartment community has been positive. The location is convenient, and the grounds are generally well-kept. Maintenance is reliable and usually responds within a reasonable timeframe. There are a few areas that could use improvement, such as occasional noise from neighbors,however management has been approachable and willing to address concerns when they come up. October 23, 2025such a beautiful place to live at. Bery affordable and pet friendly. Manager is extremely nice and helpful and so is the Leasing agent who will answer all your questions. Maintenance is always there when you need him and does an amazing job. Definitely accessible to the nearest Walmart and target and to some of my favorite restaurants like chilis and Texas Roadhouse.Property Manager Responded

Quiet and uneventful (no problems)
March 31, 2023Lived here for one and half years. Always quiet and no problems with neighbors ever. Staff is friendly and helpful and informative. Maintenance is best of all the places I've lived. February 26, 2018I was interested in this apartment because it is one of the most affordable in Odessa. With that, I expected lower quality services, management, etc. This has not been the case. The apartments recognize they had a "bad rep" years ago and genuinely are trying to clean that up. Everything is reliable and if you have a problem it is fixed quickly. All of the staff is so nice and I have no complaints! My neighbors are quite and nice and I feel safe here.Review from Apartments.com
