October 23, 2025such a beautiful place to live at. Bery affordable and pet friendly. Manager is extremely nice and helpful and so is the Leasing agent who will answer all your questions. Maintenance is always there when you need him and does an amazing job. Definitely accessible to the nearest Walmart and target and to some of my favorite restaurants like chilis and Texas Roadhouse.Property Manager Responded

Quiet and uneventful (no problems)
March 31, 2023Lived here for one and half years. Always quiet and no problems with neighbors ever. Staff is friendly and helpful and informative. Maintenance is best of all the places I've lived. Any problems are fixed promptly and completely and are never needed to be called back a second time for same problem. Complex is well taken care of.Review from Apartments.com

February 26, 2018I was interested in this apartment because it is one of the most affordable in Odessa. With that, I expected lower quality services, management, etc. This has not been the case. The apartments recognize they had a "bad rep" years ago and genuinely are trying to clean that up. Everything is reliable and if you have a problem it is fixed quickly. All of the staff is so nice and I have no complaints! My neighbors are quite and nice and I feel safe here.Review from Apartments.com
