Great place to live
September 24, 2025I’ve lived at Oltera in SoEast for a while now and honestly can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. Ashley, Alejandra and Sean—are always friendly and remember me by name, which makes it feel so welcoming every time I stop by the office. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, they jump on it right away and make sure I’m taken care of. The maintenance crew is just as awesome. They respond super quickly to service requests and actually fix things the first ...time, plus they’re always polite and respectful when they come by. It’s obvious they take pride in keeping the property looking great and making sure residents feel comfortable. Living here really does feel like home because the staff goes above and beyond. HORRIBLE
September 17, 2025Worst experience ever! I have only been living here for about 4 months and already have had various leaks from the ceiling. They keep blaming it on different leaks every time and claim to “fix” them and they just come back. This has been going on for over a month now. Not only do these leaks cause a bad smell but also bring cockroaches inside the apartament. When i asked to cancel my lease because it is not safe to live there they want to charge me so much money because the issues have been “ ...resolved”. When clearly there is mold growing from this leak in the ceiling and they seem to just paint over it. Horrible experience.Property Manager Responded

While some maintenance issues can arise unexpectedly, our team carefully inspects and treats every affected area to ensure there is no mold growth before any repair is closed. We’ve also experienced difficulty completing and finalizing repairs because our maintenance team has not been able to safely enter the apartment due to an unauthorized pet being loose inside. Regarding your lease concerns, any fees assessed are in accordance with the terms of your signed lease agreement.
