Ashley, Alejandra and Sean—are always friendly and remember me by name, which makes it feel so welcoming every time I stop by the office. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, they jump on it right away and make sure I’m taken care of. The maintenance crew is just as awesome. They respond super quickly to service requests and actually fix things the first ...time, plus they’re always polite and respectful when they come by. They keep blaming it on different leaks every time and claim to “fix” them and they just come back. This has been going on for over a month now. Not only do these leaks cause a bad smell but also bring cockroaches inside the apartament. When i asked to cancel my lease because it is not safe to live there they want to charge me so much money because the issues have been “ ...resolved”.
