March 5, 2026I want to share my experience after moving out of an apartment in hopes it helps other tenants be aware. After moving out, I was charged over $900 in repair and miscellaneous fees that I strongly dispute. Many of the items listed appear to be things that were either normal wear and tear or were already present when I moved in. I have video documentation from my move in experience showing the unit was not properly cleaned and had multiple issues at the start of my lease. Because of this, the ...charges being claimed now raise serious concerns. If other former tenants from this property have experienced similar move-out charges or questionable fees, I would encourage you to speak up and share your experience. If this is happening to multiple people, it may indicate a broader issue that should be addressed. For anyone renting anywhere, I strongly recommend documenting everything during move-in and move-out with photos and video. If others have had similar experiences, feel free to reach out. April 3, 2025I have been here for over five years and while I don't have many maintenance request the few that I have had were quickly responded to and the work was always excellent. Also the grounds are beautifully maintained, I have lived in several apartments over the years and On the Greens are definitely have the best maintained landscaping. Probably the only negative is that parking can be a pain at times but that is typical in pretty much every place I have been in the past.
