This place is the worst. First of all, most of the bedrooms don’t have overhead lighting. That would be okay if you could open the blinds to let natural light in, but the apartment gets miserably hot. The AC does not function below 75 degrees and if you set it below that like a normal person it will break.
And when it does break, have fun calling maintenance for 4 weeks straight trying and failing to get a response. Things in this apartment break constantly- when we moved in, our dishwasher was ...
broken. It took 3 months to replace it because of how terrible the maintenance request system is. They will straight up refuse to fix most issues- my toilet caulking came undone because of their shoddy worksmanship? Can’t help. Apartment infested with gnats? Nope. Shower broken? Lights out? On your own.
Yes it is very cheap but do not be fooled. It is cheap because it is a crappy place to live.

The people who live above us are loud, rude, and just don't have an ounce of common decency. You complain to the office about the noise, you call the courstesy officer about the noise and it only gets worse. Why on earth would you put a family with 3 children under the age of 6 in a 2 bedroom on the third floor? As soon as I find another place to live we are gone. DO NOT RENT HERE!

It is an ok place, sometimes quiet, sometimes not. Nice pool, nice and clean gym with kids play center. Indoor basketball court is amazing. Very clean place. Some of the office staff is nice but some can be very rude and sometimes it takes them a little to long to fix maintenance issues, but other than that it's a great place to live. :)

Modern and affordable apartments with great amenities Enjoy a nice swim in the pool or a good workout in the gym and if your lacking a washer or dryer use the laundry room,it also has a theatre room! I love this place, been here almost a year and everyone has been absolutely wonderful.Weather you are a single renter or have a family they have what you need!! We needed to move out our current home very quickly. We came upon our new apartment very quickly, spoke to them on a Tuesday and was handed our keys on Friday! They were wonderful and did everything they could to get us I'm very fast! Signed our leased for 13 months and will be resigning again come time!

Not too bad of an apartment. If it weren't for the noisy neighbors upstairs, this place would have 5 stars. The apartments need insulated a little better to help with the noise. The office staff is very nice and willing to help. When you turn in a work order for maintenance the work is completed with 48 hours.
