The management team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents and the quality of our living experience. One standout person I have to mention is the maintenance guy Luis! He’s absolutely amazing. May 3, 2025Lived here for a bit over a year. Prime location for commuters being near the freeway. Quiet residence with quality amenities. Garage parking. Several elevators; minimal wait to get to your floor. Responsive and quick maintenance staff. Welcoming and friendly leasing staff. Jennifer has been super helpful from the beginning and made me feel right at home. April 30, 2025While it was certainly an exhausting weekend I had moving my belongings out of my previous apartment, I must say that this experience thus far has been very smooth and seamless process coming in to One Arlington Apartments. I love my studio unit and it's nice to have amenities available like the gym at the Sky Lounge that I can use every once in a while. March 11, 2025We have renewed our lease for a second time so we have been living here for 2 years, going on our third year. We absolutely love it here. All the staff here are so nice and friendly. Whenever we needed maintenance to come, which was not often, it was super easy to schedule, they came fast, and they were done quickly! There are so many fun events here especially for the holidays. The amenities are very nice including a coffee machine in the lobby that is always available, sky lounge on the roof, ...workout area, and lounge upstairs.
