January 31, 2025I love these apartments the beat desicion ever! The amenities are cool, everything is clean all the time, neighbors are good people. The only thing i wish we had bbq upstairs in the balcony that would be greatProperty Manager Responded

January 29, 2025Really amazing staff, really great amenities. The only issues I have are with the other residents, who can be inconsiderate at times. Also the stoves don't have ranges with vents so the smoke alarms go off often.Property Manager Responded

The ranges are equipped with a fan overhead that has two intensity settings to filter out excess steam, or smoke, if applicable! January 29, 2025One Beachmont and their staff have been wonderful since moving in two years ago. The blue line is across the road, I’m able to stroll the beach on the warmer days, and you can even take the residential roads to get to the airport just a few minutes away - doesn’t get any better than this!Property Manager Responded
