I cannot recommend One Boynton as it is today. It is a beautiful community full of very kind people and the management themselves are so sweet when speaking to them, but the price point is not worth the multitude of issues I have living here.

No security for the exorbitant prices that they charge. The apartments with carpet are the worse because they are so noisy. You can see drugs transactions every where specially in the parking lot.
