Spring Fix Up I requested several items to be done at once. I was impressed that everything was done within 48 hrs. Josh & Charles were respectful of my time & home. I subtracted a star as they apparently do not know how crisper drawers work. I did get a very nice bottom shelf though.

Very helpful navigating all the oline applications required for rental. We found the online application very difficult using cell phones. Our home we sold was beng packed and we were unable to navigate through the rental process at times without a computer.

This place is a total dump! The trash area is a complete mess bags of garbage piled up everywhere and the compactor always breaks. The front gates always break. The fence is barely standing and filthy covered in algae and dirt. Everything is old. The worst office staff are unprofessional. This is what you get if you live here.

This has to be the worst place in Puyallup. It's run down the fence is in dire need of replacement, that's what residents have to look at. Having to look at the office staff is bad enough their both terrible and unprofessional there is a reason so many vacant apartments.
