January 20, 2025This place is a total dump! The trash area is a complete mess bags of garbage piled up everywhere and the compactor always breaks. The front gates always break. December 14, 2024This has to be the worst place in Puyallup. It's run down the fence is in dire need of replacement, that's what residents have to look at. It's Dumpy

Terrible!
August 19, 2024Most tenants have big dogs and big piles of dog poop everywhere. Our neighbor has three always barking we never have peace. This place needs updates basic white appliances and fridge from 2004. This place is old and dreary. And the fence looks terrible. The manager is extremely rude. Tenants get high in their cars. Do Not Rent Here
April 1, 2023The price you pay for the apartment is ridiculous. You get subpar appliances, poorly built cabinets, dog poo all across the grassy areas and a front gate that’s broken half the time. On top of that you have a mold problem in some apartments even if you have your windows open. Maintenance is a joke and you barely get any use out of the amenities. The dumpster is always overflowing and no one cares about the quite hours. I’d look elsewhere. On top of that, even if you spend hours making your ...apartment spotless for move out, they’ll take you’re security deposit and charge an additional $100. No pets or anything plus the carpet was “brand new” when I moved in.Property Manager Responded

The trailer park on hilltop is ran better
February 9, 2023Whats terrible about this place? My apartment has flooded twice. They enter your apartment when you're not there and leave the doors unlocked when they leave! The "property managers" make Roseanne look like a Saint. The garbage is always piled up everywhere. Tweekers working on their pos cars all day and all night.
