Not safe, not maintained, not worth it
October 1, 2025The property feels unsafe with constant trespassing issues and weak security. Common areas are dirty, odors linger, and maintenance is neglected. Management turnover has only made things worse, and weekends are chaotic due to nightclub noise and disturbances. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Unsafe, filthy, and poorly managed — avoid at all costs

The garage attracts trespassers and feels unsafe, the building is dirty and poorly maintained, and management shows little interest in resident concerns. Fantastic location - easy move in experience
June 14, 2024I rented an apartment from half a country away from just seeing some video clips - and I'm glad I did! Easy-to-use amenities (elevators, laundry room, media room, social room) and more as well as laundry in the unit are amazing. I also really appreciate the parking garage. My car is off the street and out of the sun. Perfect! Alejandro (property manager) is super helpful and fun to talk to.
