We moved into this apartment building in September 2020 and so far our experience has been nothing but great! Everything is new and clean about this building since it was finished in 2020. It is located in a very good and safe neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, and bars around are all nice and lovely. Redline station is only 5 minutes walk away. Management is very friendly and helpful. I have been living at One Chestnut Place since September and couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic, so many different places to walk to. The view from the higher floors is incredible and it’s so quiet here! I never have to deal with noisy neighbors and the building is always super clean! The garage parking that is included in rent is sooo convenient and nice!

My apartment is gorgeous, the location is great and the staff who work here are all so kind. I looked around a lot before making the decision on One Chestnut and I’m so glad that I did. I love having the underground parking too — such a huge plus.
