Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Services
December 16, 2020We moved into this apartment building in September 2020 and so far our experience has been nothing but great! Everything is new and clean about this building since it was finished in 2020. It is located in a very good and safe neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, and bars around are all nice and lovely. Redline station is only 5 minutes walk away. Management is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy that we chose to move into One Chestnut Place. Btw, we love the high-tech washer/dryer combo ...machines in the apartment so much!Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2020I have been living at One Chestnut Place since September and couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic, so many different places to walk to. The view from the higher floors is incredible and it’s so quiet here! I never have to deal with noisy neighbors and the building is always super clean! Amazing place to live
December 10, 2020We're so happy with our choice to live at One Chestnut Place. The value for money here is excellent - our rent is so reasonable given that heat, water, a/c and garage parking are included. The quality of the units is amazing too, no corners were cut with either the construction or the finishes. The staff are fantastic too. Juliana is the best property manager we have ever had, and the maintenance and concierge staff are great also. Great place, great staff.
December 10, 2020Moved in for 2 months. Overall great. Leasing agents are responsible and helped us find what we needed. Location is great. Near markets, restuarants, MBTA. Underground parking that is directed connected to the builidng is super convenient, especially considering the winter in Boston. Manager Juliana is super responsible and helpful, as well as the maintance staff. I cannot expect more from them. Free coffee in the lobby is a good choice in this WFH period. As a brand new apt, you cannot expect ...everything to be perfect and stable. Chemical smell in the first week. We have trouble several times getting out of the parking garage but recently it's all good. We reported two maintainace for our apt, one for vent above the stove, and one for heater. They were all fixed in the same day, no trouble for us. Amazon box is not used yet, so we have to look for our packages among many of them. Gym is really small.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
