Used to be great
December 7, 2023Sadly it’s gone rapidly down hill over last few years. Elevators are not working and the renovations on them has stopped. Maintenance staff cut by half. Garage doors often go weeks not working making the garage unsafe. AJH Management is running the building into the groundProperty Manager Responded

Terrible management
June 22, 2021Great location, but the management is terrible. Many problems including heat, air conditioning, and plumbing that take way too long to get fixed. Doesn’t seem like management cares about much else other than collecting rent.Property Manager Responded

What once was is no longer true
May 5, 2021New management since September 2019. In that time, we have had the WP Building Dept stop unapproved renovations to our Community Room. When finally completed, the room is cold and unwelcoming. All hard surfaces and sharp edges, even in children's play area. The common area "kitchen" has no oven, dishwasher or freezer. Nice coffee bar, when it works, but not way to make iced coffee, as there is no ice maker. The plus side is the great location.Review from Apartments.com

April 10, 2020Living at One City Place has been a joy. Being steps away from City Center makes shopping, theater and movie going easy. My husband is a member of NY Sports club so he only has a very short walk to take classes that he enjoys.
