    It’s a beautiful building with a lot of reoccurring problems, floods, leaks, elevators as of late, tenants abusing things and not cleaning up after their self or their pets. Also please read above comment as it more detailed also

    The level of service for One Clinton Park has significantly declined due to the constant lack of communication from mgmt staff. Residents cannot reach staff from the main phone lines or email except for newcomer Nick. I've lived here since it opened two yrs ago and have experienced hot water delay issues for months at a time, utility bills are sky high, apts have constant water leak issues, missing packages, elevators break down often, excessive noises everyday by door alarms and thin walls, ...
    smoking issues and did I mention mgmt doesn't care about residents concerns/issues nor do they take accountability for many of the issues happening. The only suitable thing about OCP is the location being near the train but it's getting congested due to all these high rises in the area and lots of construction.

    I don't recommend One Clinton Park as a place to reside or a luxury living community. They don't care about current residents who spend $$$ to live here. Our issues/concerns are ignored. Endless problems with water leaks and hot water issues. The building was poorly structured. Maintenance is not helpful. Now two years later they are still drilling holes and banging through walls daily to apply small band aids to a huge open wound. They are incapable of properly addressing parking matters where ...
    cars are damaged daily and they tell ppl its a 3rd party company not our fault, smoking in building which is supposed to be prohibited but they do absolutely nothing to address. No accountability whatsoever OCP One Clueless Park
