Maintenance took care of the issue Maintenance was able to handle my work order that included water damage behind the toilet. The wall looks good as new and no more water damage. They also changed the light bulbs. Thank you! :)

Quick Fix We were receiving no ice whatsoever on the refrigerator. After putting in a maintenance request, we took a walk. When we got back, there was ice and the full function of the refrigerator had been restored. That is when I recall an excellent response to a maintenance request.

9G We were very pleased with the response to our request and an explanation of the solution. Furthermore, we did not fully understand and maintenance had to return. They were quite patient and explaining to us again how the equipment operated. All is well and we would rate the maintenance as excellent.

Maintenanxe Always a quick response getting maintenance done . Love how always cleaning the areas and nice respectful group caring for the building. It’s such a sad shame rent going up so much on my. next lease (15%!) ! I’d love to stay in this building - but it’s no longer affordable :(
