Great Experience
November 29, 2022Where to start… the staff from Shannon and Travis running day to day operations in the office to Jose promptly responding to any work orders, they really make the residents feel at home!! The staff does their best for special requests and accommodations (reserving the Clubhouse after hours for events, holding packages when the residents are traveling/away, to allowing guests to swim at the pool during the summer with the residents). The primary elementary school is Naubuc Elementary, both of my ...kids have gone there and it’s a Nationally Honored facility. We have a Kingswood unit, which is the same as the model unit. We choose a third floor unit, and enjoy some of the perks of a top floor unit(Great Balcony Privacy, Vaulted Ceilings, no neighbors above us). If you’re shopping around, you will not find better apartments in the Glastonbury area!! We feel fortunate to have found this property, and have been here for almost 1 year so far!!Property Manager Responded

Needs some work
November 23, 2020I'm a resident here. The apartments are nice, but the property is poorly managed. Garbage collects outside of the dumpsters, and the property manager only points fingers, without making an effort to clean up. There is a large lawn area that used to be restricted from dogs, but now they allow dogs on it. They no longer distribute a monthly newsletter (which was fun, but they've gotten lazy). They no longer log package arrivals, citing COVID (yet other apartment complexes have found a way). When ...there is exterior damage to the buildings or property from weather, it is ignored. November 19, 2019I loved living here! Only reason I moved was because of a new job. The apartments and property are in great condition and in a great location. But what I appreciated most was the management. Very nice and helpful people that genuinely cared about their residents. No Parking
July 25, 2019Apartments are great, but the parking situation is a nightmare. Every apartment comes with only 1 assigned parking space (even 2 and 3 bedroom units) and the handful of guest spots are almost always full. Since my roommate parks in our one assigned spot, I've had to walk a pretty significant distance in the rain because the few guest spots near my building have all been full, and we don't even bother having friends or family visit anymore since I know they'll have nowhere to park. It's a daily ...headache. I know plenty of residents have expressed displeasure at the parking situation, and the front office staff is very apologetic but there is nothing they can do. The same developers built an identical property in Rocky Hill with the same number of units but twice the parking. In Glastonbury, unfortunately they tried to jam as many units as possible into a smaller space and now residents are paying the price of inconvenience. Amazing Apartment Complex
July 23, 2019I have had nothing shy of an amazing experience at One Glastonbury Place. The rental process was easy, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful! Travis (the property manager) really went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied as a tenant. He was always available by phone or text and is super pleasant to work with!!! The apartment itself was so quiet - no noise through the walls which is great for the light sleeper :) The pool area is close to a resort pool and the water is ...nice and warm. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the gym (small) is enough for a quick workout. I would walk to get pedicures and to whole foods and other restaurants on Hebron which is super convenient! New, nice and friendly
May 4, 2019Been here a year now and we are very happy with our decision. First, the apartments are all new and was built last year so new is obviously the best. The interior of the apartments are really modern, great closet space and pet friendly. The location speaks for itself, everything is walking distance. December 13, 2018I just moved in last month and I love it! There is nothing better than living in a new apartment. The clubhouse is also really elegant and my neighbors are so pleasant!
