Experience so far has been amazing! The property is well maintained, and I haven't had any major issues yet. Love the neighbourhood and the convenience of being a short walk away from Newbury and Seaport.

It is nice. Floors could be renovated in each apartment. The floors are very scuffed and dented. I also wish there was more lighting in living room/kitchen, but overall good.

Living here has been great! All of the events are so fun, but I wish there was more so we could meet our neighbors more easily. The amentitiee are always sparkling clean and the balcony is just gorgeous around sunset time

Friendly staff and lobby smells really nice! Spacious loading dock which made it easy on the move-in day. Parking is $400/month for resident.

Amenities are always clean, people who work at the front desk are super nice and friendly<33 However, the soda water machine has been out of service for more than two months now and the gym is yet to be improved. Overall the building is a great place to live at

Great! Lovely modern area and staff is amazing. The amenities are great as well and the gym is relatively nice but could use slightly more equipment. However, wish there were more social events for people to meet their neighbors/residents in the building.
