The staff is extremely personable and communicative and there is definitely a sense of community being that it is a smaller building. Great amenities and a cleanly and safe environment. The experience has been very comfortable and pleasant.

      The building itself has tons of issues - false alarm every month, water tank damage, crazy dog barking issues, etc. On top of that, the construction around the building is a major drawback. It often starts as early as 7 AM over the weekdays and is extremely loud. there are two large dogs on my floor, and I can hear them barking constantly when their owners aren’t home :(. If you’re a light sleeper or work from home, the combination of construction noise and barking dogs makes it difficult to find ...
