I have been here for many years and have watched things deteriorate. The walls on the 4th and 5th floors need painting and minor repairs. The pool areas sign constantly fall down and there are very few umbrellas. The amenities need updating. The whole building needs refreshing. Also management poorly communicates with residents. received communication or updates. Emails used to go out to remind people not to leave items and mats outside their doors or garbage and boxes in the refuse rooms. People just do whatever they want. Whenever the leasing staff won't be in the office, we usually get very little notice, usually emails us very close to when they are closing. It's terrible. The leasing staff rotates frequently. We still like it here but many things need to improve.
