February 8, 2026It been our first week here at one Harrison. We are blown away how quiet this building is. We do not hear our neighbors at all! Deanna & Nick handled our application process which was extremely smooth. They were fabulous and quick to respond to our emails. Move in day was great we were a little nervous w the time schedule for the freight elevator since there was a few people moving in the same day. However it all worked out perfectly. The concierge is extremely professional, gracious, kind ...and helpful. Shout out to Calvin & Nay Nay. They have great amenities, def looking forward to summer time to relax and unwind by the pool. The parking garage spots are spaced out nice as well! Totally worth the extra fee to not have to worry about finding a parking spot. Today we will check out the Super Bowl beer & pretzel pre party!! July 28, 2025Resident Feedback – Building Maintenance and Cleanliness While I appreciate the overall environment and convenience of the building, I feel it’s important to share some concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance. The cleaning of common areas has not been consistent or thorough. Hallways, elevators, and shared spaces often appear neglected, which affects the general impression and comfort for residents. Additionally, some of the shared amenities and resident-use areas are starting to show ...signs of wear and tear, and they don’t seem to be receiving the attention they need. Regular maintenance and timely repairs would greatly improve the living experience and help preserve the quality of the facilities. April 26, 2025Move-in was smooth. Apartment was spacious and community has good amenity spaces. In-unit AC units are occupying little bit of space in hall and bedroom, it would have been better if there was centralised AC.Property Manager Responded

April 22, 2025He are leaving at ONE HARRISON since opening in 2019. It is very quiet place, good amenities. We really enjoy leave here. It is close the Train, Red Bull Arena, and Newark Prudential Center.Property Manager Responded
