July 28, 2025Resident Feedback – Building Maintenance and Cleanliness While I appreciate the overall environment and convenience of the building, I feel it’s important to share some concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance. The cleaning of common areas has not been consistent or thorough. Hallways, elevators, and shared spaces often appear neglected, which affects the general impression and comfort for residents. Additionally, some of the shared amenities and resident-use areas are starting to show ...signs of wear and tear, and they don’t seem to be receiving the attention they need. Regular maintenance and timely repairs would greatly improve the living experience and help preserve the quality of the facilities. I hope these points can be considered, as improving these areas would make a big difference for everyone who lives here. Thank you.Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2025Everything has been good so far. The fire alarms going off multiple times hasn't been pleasant but at least they are working. The amenities are well kept. The building is safe. The scenary amongst the water is great.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2025Move in process was pretty easy. There were a few small things maintenance needed to take care of on move in day, but they were quick and attentive. January 31, 2025I have a one bedroom apartment, that is so extremely spacious. I continue to be amazed at how much space I have. I've enjoyed making my apartment into my feeling like home. I highly recommend living at One Harrison.Property Manager Responded
